Hive was started five years ago as Amy Gwinn started sewing as
a hobby. After learning the basics from a friend and lots of
practice sewing on her own, six months later and plenty of
encouragement from friends and family, Honey Hive was born.
She decided to bring her designs to market by attending arts
and craft shows around Georgia initially. After several
successful shows Amy quickly expanded her schedule to include
many events around the Southeast. In the fall of 2005, Amy and
her husband Rick, were blessed with their daughter Annie. Now
as a full time mom and wanting to stay home with Annie, Amy
has expanded Honey Hive to the internet.
Honey Hive designs bags and accessories for children and
adults with the highest quality of workmanship where Amy
designs, coordinates and manufactures the complete line of
products. Amy continues to bring new, innovative designs and
timely fashions throughout her whole line. We are proud to
introduce our full line of products to the internet. Now our
total customer base and new friends can not only shop online
but also visit us at one of our many arts and craft festivals
that we participate in around the southeast.
